Report an issue
Bugs, a charge that looks wrong, a pack that generated badly, or something you wish existed — this is the way to reach us, and it works whether or not you're signed in.
Before you write
- A generation failed and I was charged
- Credits are refunded automatically when a run fails or is abandoned, and you keep the icons that did generate. Check your credit history first — the refund usually shows up there within a minute.
- I can't sign in
- Use the reset link. If the email never arrives, write here from the address the account uses and say so.
- I want my data or my account deleted
- Both are self-serve in Settings, under “Your data”. Deleting an account removes its packs, icons and ledger.
